ooc ✦ headcanon + notes

axwieldingWhile Presea's background and history is indeed explained via manga/game/ova/drama cds, there are still some parts that are unclear. So, just like what everyone does, these are the headcanon notes that I have made. This is, of course, just my view of things. Someone else might have a different opinion and that's fine!
[✦] Presea has a fairly decent voice when it comes to singing, if not a pretty voice. Except she hasn't sung since she babysat her neighbors in Ozette. One of her favorite songs is one that her mother used to sing to her as a baby; the one that she sung to those two kids.
[✦] Cats are one of Presea's favorite animals. It was because of cats that she first learned of paw pads and began to love them.
[✦] Bears with Salmon in their mouth is one of the first things that Sieg taught Presea how to craft. It's also one of her favorite, with the octagonal turtle and sharp-nosed spotted jerboa being seconds.
[✦] She's prone to keeping secrets, and is actually less likely to tell them the more she knows you. Unless you pry or she actually has a absolute reason to tell you it. This is because it's hard for her to consider someone her friend and doesn't want to lose someone due to a new piece of information about them.
[✦] No one but Regal knows her true age. Some of the others do have an idea that she's not a child such as Lloyd (depending on the path taken), Kratos, and Raine. By everyone else it is mostly believed that she's twelve/thirteen. Give or take a few years. She never quite cleared the whole Alicia sister age thing with most.
[✦] Presea likes little children, she's very tolerate towards them. She used to babysit so has quite a bit of knowledge on how to take care of them. Buuut, she's stuck in a twelve year old body so people her 'age' don't exactly appreciate it when she acts older than them.
[✦] While not an expert of even close to it like Lloyd, Presea does know her way around the forge. It was something that she used to do with her father, or watch him as he occasionally used it. It was mainly used to fix axes (which is what she has the most experience in) or make jewelry. So while she is a lumberjack, not a blacksmith, she does like the forge.
[✦] She has a lot of insecurities, a lot. She often finds herself to be more like a doll than an actual human, something that came to be after sixteen years of actually being a 'doll'. Also while she often wishes to be more outgoing and strong (like Colette and Sheena), it's extremely hard for her to do so. Many of her emotions are still deeply suppressed, such as pity and cheerfulness. She's getting there though. Much of her emotions were absorbed by the exphere living behind loneliness (hence the abyssion side-quest) leaving it hard for her to not feel empty or alone. Despite how many people are around.
[✦] One of the results that came from the Angelus Project that she was a part of is that she's able to understand and feel closer to expheres than the others. This is also particularly why she finds herself incapable of feeling sorry for the expheres.
